### KPI Goals <br>

KPI goals allow you to create an estimation on where they would like their KPIs to progress go. Goals are set on a quarterly or yearly basis.&#x20;

* 1 Year Goal - An upcoming goal
* 5 Year Goal - A near-future goal
* 10 Year Goal A long-term goal

This is repeated for each KPI.
